Although my braces journey has just started, i have to say i have had the best experience with this team. Anytime i call for questions or last minute appointments etc they are always happy to help, very acknowledgeable. I feel heard at every appointment i’ve gone too.

Im 37 years old and just got braces for the first time. I was nervous and felt weird about getting them so late in life. The staff was so sweet and let me know that it's very common for adults to get braces. They explained the entire process to me, they were kind and patient, and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I live in lindale but work in Tyler, and they accommodate my appts between their two offices based on my schedule and where I'll be. It's nice that they have two locations for this reason. 10/10 recommend for your Ortho needs!

The staff are Always Friendly, when you walk in the door you are instantly greeted with a Smile from one of the Team at Reuland & Barnhart Orthodontics and most of them greet you by name because they have made point to remember you.
The Technicians are prepared for you when you sit in the chair, they have looked over your chart and ready to assist you with questions or concerns before you even have a chance to have any. All the staff are at ease and Happy to be there, you never see inappropriate behavior or conversation. They are gentle and empathetic while doing the work to correct your smile.
The Orthodontists always make you feel important, even though they are busy and move quickly you never feel rushed or unimportant.
As a bonus, the office has incentives for the patients to keep them on track, little Holiday themed prizes, games, contests and even a summer bash.
I have been coming to this office for two years, my smile is the prettier than I ever thought it would be and the experience of having braces was much different than my nightmare expectations. If you want a beautiful smile and a great experience to go with it this is the place for you!

Hey guys!! I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge how great Reuland and Barnhart Orthodontics has been. At first, me and my family tried a different office. They suggested a wild plan for my teeth. We were skeptical, but we felt like we had no other option. We decided to try Reuland and Barnhart Orthodontics, and they put braces on me on the SECOND appointment! It went very smooth and they gave me a whole bag of hygienic tools to make sure that my teeth get straightened as painlessly and effortlessly as possible. They have been great to us and my family and I are VERY impressed and grateful that we found this office.
I was nervous when I went but everyone was really nice and it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.
