Although my braces journey has just started, i have to say i have had the best experience with this team. Anytime i call for questions or last minute appointments etc they are always happy to help, very acknowledgeable. I feel heard at every appointment i’ve gone too.

Im 37 years old and just got braces for the first time. I was nervous and felt weird about getting them so late in life. The staff was so sweet and let me know that it's very common for adults to get braces. They explained the entire process to me, they were kind and patient, and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I live in lindale but work in Tyler, and they accommodate my appts between their two offices based on my schedule and where I'll be. It's nice that they have two locations for this reason. 10/10 recommend for your Ortho needs!
My 11 year old daughter just got braces. This was by far the best experience. Everything was explained as it was happening. Gentle and caring staff. She approved of the song playlist that was coming through the speakers. She kept giving a thumbs up during the whole process. I highly recommend.
Dr Reuland and Barnhart and the entire staff are just amazing. They are always caring and willing to answer any questions we have. They always explain procedures and make my kids feel comfortable. I was also a patient once and had the best experience!
They have been very thorough and communicative through out the whole process. My child has felt heard and seen and his dental anxiety has almost gone away!
Everyone was very sweet and professional. I really loved that the manager went above and beyond to go over everything with me, while my daughter was also receiving really good advice and at home care tips from her awesome dental assistant. I was very pleased with our visit!
